Real-Time Filtering module: this module let the user perform real-time dynamic filtering analyses upon the static filters.
1) Data can be filtered to report only extrachromosomal fusions, intrachromosomal fusions or both.
2) Coverage threshold filter: dynamic coverage threshold filter built upon the static one. Combined with other dynamic filters it allows the development of potent filtering strategies.
3) Evidence based Junction filter: it allows to restrict the candidate fusions using annotation information. The event must be supported by the presence of Anchor reads mapping to the breakpoint junction.
