The typical Input flow is as follows:
• Select the SAM (preferred) or BAM + BAI input (1).
• Load the Exon Database (2).
• Select the Output Folder (3).
• OPTIONAL: load the Options Form (4). If no custom option is selected, the default option set will be loaded.
• Run the analysis (5).

Optional:
• Cancel an Input (6).
The order of steps 1 to 4 is fully interchangeable.
