To perform quick tests and familiarize with FusionAnalyser, you can download the Test package. This package contains input data in SAM format where only alignment data relevant to specific fusions were stored. Although standard SAM files are huge, typically in the range of several Gigabytes, this ‘filtered’ dataset is extremely small. Therefore, download and data analysis are very fast. |
