The Data Viewer shows many critical information about each fusion:
Chromosomes and Genes involved in each fusion (Red box). Gene1 is 5’, Gene2 is 3’.
Coverage column: number of paired events, either Bridge or Anchor, supporting the candidate fusion.
Score column: overall fusion score. The higher the score, the higher the reliability of the candidate fusion.
Evidence column: ‘evidence’ associated with each event. B = Bridge (presence of Bridge reads supporting the fusion. It represents the minimal evidence level), J = Junction (i.e. presence of Anchor reads supporting the fusion), S = Strand compatibility, F = Frame compatibility, R = Reciprocal translocation.
Exon coordinates: chromosomal start and end coordinates of the two breakpoint exons (Blue box).
